  • 1.  Filter and sort by system columns in editor

    Is there a way to use the system columns for sorting or filtering in the contact list editor? I can display them, but it will only allow sorting by fields in the drop box, which does not include the system columns. For example, filter using the automatic time zone field

    Have you looked at this documentation? 

    I believe this is what you are looking for, but please let me know if I am misunderstanding you.

    Thank you Cameron, but I don't think that's what I'm looking for. I'm not talking about the list filter, I'm referring to filtering and sorting within the contact list editor,  https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/edit-contacts-in-a-contact-list/. It appears to only allow filtering on user columns

    Ahh that makes more sense. I don't think there is a way to do this yet. I have searched our ideas and found something like this idea https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas/CEOCD-I-883. But if that doesn't meet your need then you will have to create a new idea.
