i need to add a filter for my Campaigns that would not dial any records inserted the day before and only dial records inserted on the day it was added.
as an example:
on the 11/04/2022 i inserted 100 records of which only 80 was completed.
the next day, 12/04/2022, i insert another 50 records, i need the campaign to only dial the 50 records inserted on the 12/04/2022 and not the outstanding records from the 11/04/2022.
I am looking at adding an additional column in the calling list, DateInserted, in which i will add the date the record was inserted.
i will then do an if statement in Call Flow, if DateInserted != current date, then mark contact as Uncallable.
please advise if this is possible with Contact List Filters, if so, how do i achieve this?
