When you make use of the interactions view in the performance workspace, is it possible to add a list of conversation IDs in the filter to look for a specific set of interactions? I am doing analysis on interactions and it seems that when I navigate to the content search part of the interactions I have to add the conversation ID's individually in the filter. Adding a list that is comma separated conversation ID's does not work. I know the conversation ID's are valid and exist in the system as I extracted them from genesys cloud. See results below based on what I am trying to do.
