    Hello, 

    we need to control our campaign based on the values of some columns. 
    We have already created rules and filters for that but from what I have already seen, there is no option to compare a column to another, only a column to some static value that you set. Can you please verify this and if not, please share appropriate information on how to fo this. 

    Specifically, we have a rule that checks the column Tries which increments by one every time there are specific wrap up codes assigned. CRM also adds a Max Tries column in order to set the maximum attempts upon list creation. So, we need to have a rule to check if Tries <= Max Tries

    I don't have a good way of doing it, but if you have a pretty limited number of max try values you could something like:

    Rule 1:
    max attempt column= 6 
    && 

    current attempt column= 6 

    Do Not Dial

     

    Rule 2:
    max attempt column= 7
    && 

    current attempt column= 7 

    Do Not Dial

    and so on....

    Really nice workaround that will work.

    For now, I ve created an outbound script that does the job as it has more capabilities.
