With the update to support up to 5 AudioHook monitor instances per Genesys Cloud environment is there any filtering available to determine which AudioHook instance to use for the particular call?
Currently any call that triggers the transcription action to hit the audiohook, all endpoints see all calls which would ideally like to control a bit more granular if possible or if it is on any future roadmaps
