On December 15th, 2025, the API for querying historical adherence across management units will be disabled and removed.
This API was previously announced as deprecated in Deprecation: Current historical adherence query route. The API was initially announced for removal in Removal: Historical Adherence Query route accross management units and dark hours was announced in Dark Hours for Historical Adherence Query Across Management Units API.

Details
Use of the old query route often resulted in the service being rate limited, slowing down the process and delaying results across the board. The new API allows developers to make fewer and more efficient requests for historical agent schedule adherence. This should create more consistent response times.
Customer Impact
Integrations that are still utilizing the affected API route will receive status code 410 - Gone initially, and eventually a 404 - Not Found.
Genesys recommends that customers utilizing this route migrate to the new Bulk Historical Adherence Route or the Management Unit Historical Adherence Route.
