Hi Genesys Community! 

Would anyone be able to help me with guiding me or suggesting how to find all interactions that dialed specific phone number? 

That is, i only have a phone number for the call that was made through Genesys. Is it possible to locate all interactions that dialed that specific phone number and how?

Hello Ismar,

To see a report of all interactions dialing a specific number, you will want to use that phone number in the DNIS when searching through the interactions. You will be able to due this in the Analytics Workspace > Interaction report.
