  • 1.  Finding inbound callers in Purecloud

    Hi, we have a Purecloud installation with several queues (60) handling inbound traffic by telephone. I'm looking for a function/a report that can show me all inbound traffic by  telephonenumber, date, status on the call and queue.

     

    anyone?

    Hi, I have found the information needed. "Performance/Interactions".

     

    However, finding it doesn't solve my problem because I need to export this data and as far as I can see there is no exportfunction related to this grid of data.

    Would the Interaction Details Report work for your purposes? https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/interaction-details-report/

     

    That report can be pretty large, so I also recommend looking at https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/reporting-best-practices/ if you decide to run that report.

    Either the report Caitlan mentioned, or create your own query using the API:
