Workforce Engagement Management

​Does anyone know how to set team members up for a fixed break and lunch schedule in GWFM?  Fixed meaning the breaks and lunches will need to be the same every day of the week and not change.

We have over 3000 employees in our environment and do not want to create fixed shifts for every team member.  Is there any other way to accomplish this?

Hi Lakeshia,

You can do that using the Synchronization tab on the  contract - but it would also mean the shift start, duration, start of meals and breaks would be the same for everyone associated with that contract.

Alternatively, you could use Team Synchronicity during the schedule build and then you could just select paid duration and meals and breaks.

You can create workplans for the employees for the week. This can allow fixed breaks for specified people
