Folks I have this schedule check flow. When I dial the DID I've assigned to test with it goes straight to the closed office message. I am calling during the open hours and the flow never goes to Open. I've used Update Data, Set Participant Data and Call Data Action with proper manned Queues but always comes up with the office closed announcement. Any thoughts :)
