  • 1.  Flow versions not getting published on all Edges?

    How can I check which Edge a call was put through?

    I suspect one or more of my BYOC-Cloud Edges are not getting and using the latest published changes to a Flow but need to know how I can verify that before I raise a case.
    #Routing(ACD/IVR)
    #Unsure/Other

    If you pull the conversation into you API explorer you can get the conversation.  If you scroll to the bottom you will find the peer section which should list the edge used.  Let me know if you need examples.

    Thanks Robert, yep had to go that way but needed to use another API to identify the edge by ID - because it's Cloud I can't open the Edges themselves to get their ID from the URL.

    Yes, if you are Genesys Cloud Voice or BYOC Cloud, they hide things from you.  Glad you were able to track that down.
