    Hi,
    is there any plan to apply flows to outbound email? the idea amongst other is to be able to intercept responses based on keywords or other trigger (such as number of email in the conversation, destination address...) and send them to queues or supervisor for validation.

    No concrete plans at this time but as always, please submit feature requests via the ideas portal so we can track demand and you get notifications when we start working on and deliver these ideas.
