  • 1.  Font Color of notifications popup is barely readable.

    Hi all, 

    could anyone help me do undertand how to change the font color of Genesys notifications? Default Theme is used in Chrome.

    Hello Vitalii,

    I'm not aware of any way to change the color scheme like that. Does the user have any extensions running in their browser that is causing the color to be altered? If so, I would recommend disabling it.

    Jason, did we get a solution on this? I have a client using the Genesys Cloud application who sees black on black notifications and can't figure out how to remedy.
