  • 1.  For ACD voicemails, where does the interaction go to if no agent picks up the call back?

    What happens to a ACD voicemail when no agent picks up?

    I tested  sending a call to a ACD voicemail with no agent on queue and I cannot locate that interaction.

    Hi Qan,

    You will find the interaction waiting in the queue. It appears as a callback, so you will have to change the media type to callback in the filters area.
