Since the external campaign call itself actually happens on another platform, we have a "test" evaluation form attached to the interaction via API, with a reference to the remote recording storage location URL listed within the Evaluator Comments section via that API. I go to review the evaluation, and I can see it attached to the Interaction ID as I expected... I can make Private Comments, add to evaluator comments, assign the evaluation to another agent... but I cannot seem to answer the evaluation questions and submit the evaluation for this external call (shows as Interaction Type Callback). I see "The request to submit the evaluation failed". Is this expected behavior?

    Hey Brad,

That certainly seems odd. Does that error message happen when you try to submit a different evaluation? If so, you may want to capture some console and network logs and reach out to Customer Care to see what is causing that error.

Please let us know what you're able to find.

I've submitted other evaluations to other interaction types or other interaction scenarios just fine (a test call, submitted an eval today just to see and it went through fine). First time we've assigned an eval to an external campaign, which was showing the callback interaction type (which I've not used or done anything with before). It's also the first time assigning the evaluation through the API rather than other processes, so I was wondering if we missed a requirement there perhaps.
