  • 1.  Force presence choice when going off queue

    Hi,

     

    Is there a way to force an agent to make a presence choice when moving off queue?

    Eg. if you go off queue you specify what you are doing (Break, meeting, meal, etc).

     

    Now when you move off queue you revert back to the presence you had before you went on queue.

    There is no way to force a presence choice today when moving off queue. However, we will add this request for future consideration. Thank you!
