    Hello, 

    We have been having some trouble formatting our canned responses. I found out, that I need to choose the font and its size before adding the canned response, otherwise it will take the default setting (Helvetica 12). 

    However, when it comes to bullet points, it is always badly formatted. In the canned response editor it looks good, but when I insert the canned response to mail, it changes the format (does not recognize the bullet points). 

    Has anyone had trouble with it? Or is there a way to get around this?
