Currently, when I send out a survey via a Survey Invite Flow it sends out the return email with a "Click here:" and the link to the survey.  Is there the ability to format this as to most this looks like spam? Can a Canned Response Signature be added to the email?

Hi Martin,

You can use a Canned Response for your survey email and use Substitutions to drop in the survey URL or add it to a hyperlink.

Use the Action Get Response (under Data) to select the Canned Response which would also include your signature. Select substitutions for your survey URL and other data pulled from the interaction such as customer name, time of call, agent spoken to etc.

The used that as the email body when sending the survey.
