    Hi All,

    Is it possible to format the quick reply buttons (fonts, size, color etc.) in google dialogflow integrated with genesys web messaging?

    Genesys recently released Markdown support for Messenger:  Markdown syntax for rich text in Messenger - Genesys Cloud Resource Center (mypurecloud.com)

    While not extensive support, it does allow some formatting of the text, but no color or font.  You do have to turn on Rich Text Formatting in the Messenger Configuration.
