Genesys Cloud - Main

Hi, all! In our company we are looking into redesign of all quality forms that we have been using since our start with Genesys Cloud implementation.

We have more than 100 forms in the organisation and we will need to unpublish them once new forms are published. The reason why we would need that is because we need both forms to be available for some time during transition period. 

Is there a way to unpublish old forms without deleting them?

Hi Ekaterina,

There is not a way to unpublish forms at this time,  You could create your new forms in the old form and publish it as the latest version and see the old forms in the "Published Versions" view or you could re-name the old forms so users know not to use them with a prefix of OldFormDoNotUse or whatever works for you.

There is an idea: Deactivate evaluation forms so they are not visible to users when creating a new evaluation which is under PM review, so I would suggest voting on and providing feedback on your use case.
