is and if yes how is it possible to forward an email from a queue or an agent script to any external email adress. I found in the architect only a function to transfer to a new queue.

PureCloud expects that inbound ACD emails will be routed to an agent where the agent can send a reply. Forwarding out of the system isn't currently an option. You can request new features at https://purecloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas
