Hello all,
Maybe somebody knows if it's possible to forward the incoming e-mail to some other address from the "incoming Email" flow"?

#Omni-ChannelDesktop/UserInterface
#Routing(ACD/IVR)
#Unsure/Other

Until we get the Agentless Email API, no.  We have used SendGrid for this.

Yes.  You would get subject and body and then use a data action to SendGrid to send the Email out.
