    Hello all,
    Maybe somebody knows if it's possible to forward the incoming e-mail to some other address from the "incoming Email" flow"?

    #Implementation
    #Omni-ChannelDesktop/UserInterface
    #Routing(ACD/IVR)
    #Unsure/Other

    Until we get the Agentless Email API, no.  We have used SendGrid for this.

    If I understand    You correctly, we must define some "3-rd party" application/service and create the "Data Action" that will "use" it?

    Yes.  You would get subject and body and then use a data action to SendGrid to send the Email out.
