Dear Community Member,
We have a query from customer as below:
" the call centre manager wants to receive an email in Outlook with the attachment, but doesn't want to actually pick up the interaction."
Basically they would like to forward the email to the manager or colleagues and would like to keep the attachment.
I couldn't find any forward email feature in Purecloud and when I reply the email and change the address the attachment drops.
Would you please advise what is the best solution for this requirement?
