It's included. You can add up to 100 intents.

Is it possible to access Copilot from an embedded framework, without having to go to the Genesys UI
Yes, all aspects of Agent Copilot are accessible via API.

Within reporting - is there anything that will show how effective Copilot is when used vs not used?
Filtering updates to come shortly to agent copilot dashboard, so you can compare agents with and agents without Agent copilot. Currently, you are able to compare Queue performance, using the Agent Copilot Performance View -
