The red icons could imply some sort of connectivity issue or could be unrelated. Have you checked you have the correct permissions to access the pages? Operating schedules
If you have the correct permissions, then I would check the Network and Console logs for any issues and potentially raise a case with Genesys Product Support to investigate the logs further
