    Hi Folks , I am brand new to the forum and great to be here ! - we are a Digital Signage vendor and I am in the process of building a new widget to access Purecloud Queue and Conversation metrics to display in our software. Does anyone have an example of a heavy traffic switch queue analytics JSON that I could look at for both queue observation and conversations. ? I dont really have a lot staff to pretend to make dozens of calls and chats and conversations etc in order to produce a 'real world' type result set. The sorts of things we show are # agents, # calls , # calls waiting, #calls abandoned, Longest Waiting , # calls answered etc etc. and of course some chat session metrics as well .... Many thanks for your help on this

    It looks like you're looking for sample data. PureCloud does not simulate data, so you'll need to generate the data in your org by actually performing the actions.

    Hello Tim Thanks for the reply - if you read my message I actually mention that I do not have a way or staff to be able to create traffic on my own instance, I was hoping to get a sample from someone elses system that actually has real calls and people on it , I realize that there is no sample data from Purecloud , which is why I am hoping someone in the community could share some with me so that I can see what the structure looks like and develop my widget accordingly. Of course if the information is confidential then change the unique identifiers so that it is protected.
