    There are minimum and maximum time limits we can configure; I suggest taking a look at the documentation.

    Hi @Joy Shewmake!


    The maximum advance period depends on how the Workforce Management administrator has configured the Submission Range Constraints in the Time-Off Plan.

    If those constraints allow it, agents can request time off well in advance. If not, they will only be able to submit requests within the configured submission window.

    Is there a specific scenario you're trying to support?
