How far in advance can an agent request time off in their schedule?

The maximum advance period depends on how the Workforce Management administrator has configured the Submission Range Constraints in the Time-Off Plan.

If those constraints allow it, agents can request time off well in advance. If not, they will only be able to submit requests within the configured submission window.

Hi @Joy Shewmake, 

The maximum time into the future that a Time Off Request can be made is 2 years.

This can be limited via the Management Unit configuration --> Time Off tab
