Hi there!

I'm curious to know if our team can turn any of the "diamonds" from the leaderboards into currency? 

Can we convert the points from the leaderboard to currency? 1 transfer = $1

Can we remove/ add diamonds to an agents profile?

Hello Caitlyn,

While we don't currently have a way to cash in the points from Gamification, I did see that someone has submitted an Idea to the Genesys Cloud Product Ideas Lab that might interest you: Use or Redeem Points - i.e., Points Shop.

Looking at some of the replies, we currently do not have a specific roadmap for this scheduled, but it is marked as Future Consideration. If you click the VOTE button on that page, it should notify you via email as this Idea progresses through development. The more we hear from customers  and about how they envision they would use this kind of feature, the more we can plan specifically for those thoughts once we move forward with this.

It looks like there are a handful of ideas related to Gamification in the Product Ideas Lab that are currently Under PM Review. 

If you want to make an enhancement request for Genesys Cloud, Genesys encourages you to register your request through the Product Ideas Lab. To Access the Product Ideas Lab and add your idea:

1. Sign in to the Genesys Knowledge Network.
2. On the Product Ideas Lab section, click Browse and Submit Ideas.
3. From the Product Ideas Lab, click Add a Product Idea.

You can also view and vote for existing ideas.
