    Hi there!

    We have added our agents to a new gamification profile so we can track their insights. When I click into each agent individually I receive this error. Any permissions or steps we may be missing? Thank you!

    Generally, if you have set up everything correctly but are getting this, have you started the actual gamification profile/is it active? 

    Are you seeing insights for other agents?

    Check the gamification is turned on and the start date is correct.

    Thank you so much Lawrence! I checked and I didn't have a start date in - It looks like I don't have the permissions to do that.

    Could it be these?

    • Gamification > profile > update
    • Gamification > profile > view 

    Update: I was able to choose the start date however, I'm running into the same error.
