    We would like to have contests going for our individual lines of business as well as a full contact center contest.

    Is there any way to have users in 2 gamification profiles?

    Hi Daniel,

    It's currently not possible to have a user in multiple profiles.

    However, we are discussing contests as a feature for some time in the future and are actively brainstorming with the team about requirements.
