Gamma SIP

    Morning All, 

    Is there anyone in the community who has implemented Gamma SIP as BYOC Cloud? 

    We're having endless problems as they don't support FQDN and are unable to get it to work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Chris... I am currently experiencing issues too with a GAMMA substitution it is a nightmare. Will let you know how we progress. Will share anything here, you are not alone.

    Our current providers are TalkTalk whom I have been advised are exiting the market, Focus Group handle our SIP provision, not sure if there is any synergy here with your position, would be good to hear.

    You will not get by that FQDN requirement nor the open CIDR range unless you stand up your own SBC between Genesys and them.  I would suggest better-known providers like Bandwidth, Twilio, and Coeo.
