    Hi folks,

    I'm consuming below endpoint to export gamification metrics of agent from my application to Genesys, buts its randomly getting failed with status code 504(gateway timeout).

    This issue is random in nature but I was able to reproduce the error at least 10 to 20 times so I believe this is an issue on Genesys side, I'm posting this here to know whether any of you have faced or currently facing the same issue?

    Hello,

    I would suggest that you raise a ticket with Customer Care so they can investigate. We do not have access to customer orgs logs and data from the forum.
