That roadmap shows Target, so at least a quarter or 3 away. They plan on increasing to 300 from the current 50. I don't think it is something they can change on an ORG basis yet, but you should open the ticket and try. You will have to have a good business reason for it, but with Anthem, that should be no problem.

Folks, we are in the process of migrating associates from our prem Pure Engage platform to GC.. There has been alot of work in the past year or so with GC to make most functions Division aware, and can now afford us to have larger number of agents within each GC org.. We did notice that the number of divisions ae still at 50 per org, is that a hard fast number, or can that be updated via a ticket process.. Similar, to GC tables, can the numbers of tables max on a GC org be increased with a Care ticket.. Thanks all
