    With the advent of IOS 18.1 RCS now seems to be working some US carrier and by mid 2025 it will be working across all US carriers..  With that in mind, i wonder does GC support RCS and specifically Branded SMS..  Thanks

    Hello Shalom,

    Genesys Cloud does not currently support RCS but I did see that this Idea is currently marked as Future Consideration in the Product Ideas Lab. I would recommend voting and leaving your comments there.

    You can check out this PSO offering: Genesys AppFoundry - Genesys Cloud Universal Messaging.  RCS is not specifically listed, but totally possible.
