GC Internal Calls Recording

    Hi All,

    We have a pure cloud setup of BYOC cloud, where we have edge devices located on genesys cloud and the SIP trunks are provided by the on prem SBC.

    For internal calls between GC users, we want the call to be forwarded to on prem SBC and then we will send it back to GC edge devices for internal calls recording, since the recording needs to happen on prem with a 3rd party recording solution.

    Can you advise how to send the call to the on prem SBC if a call is generated from agent1 to agent2
