Has anybody else had issues with GCBA latest version corrupting a Cisco VPN Install, we patched to the latest last night and all of of the agent PC failed to launch Cisco VPN after a reboot.  Luckily this wasn't a global push to 1000 agents and has affected about 30.

First, make sure you open a Genesys Support Case if you haven't already.

Although we haven't run into this particular issue with the GCBA install, nor do we use Cisco VPN (we use FortiClient), we did just learn [through a Genesys Support Case we currently have open for failed screen captures via the embedded client] Genesys had a customer who ran into an issue where not doing a complete uninstall before doing a reinstall could cause GCBA to not install correctly due to a lack of permissions or whatnot. They didn't go into complete details, but we are now asking our app deployment team to include the uninstall/reinstall in their deployment scripting.

As a parting gift, here's a link to our other thread where we're actively discussing failed GCBA screen captures: https://community.genesys.com/discussion/screen-recordings-isnt-working

    Thanks Brian

    A case is logged

Possibly that the cause where its leaving something behind, I have it running on the latest version but to get it working required a complete uninstall of both and a re-install.

When I was trouble shooting, occasionally it would work which makes me think its a resource battle going on.  I am happy to test on any new release as we are mainly home based users using Cisco VPN
