    The last two versions I've DL stop at collecting input from user, and has a black rectangle blocking the view of the msi.  1.4.282  1.5.346

    Hi Tim,

    I am not aware of any issues with GCBA currently.  I would recommend raising a case with Genesys Product Support to investigate this further.
