Can anybody help to know what are the services / API's that will be triggered at the background when using the GDPR API's ?

There are 4 API's related to GDPR.  You can see them here:  https://developer.genesys.cloud/devapps/api-explorer-standalone#post-api-v2-gdpr-requests.  In the background, a data search is conducted on the name, number, email, etc.  Depending on the action (search or search/destroy) another service will start wiping data found if destroy is selected.  Currently, the API can search for the following:

Thanks Robert, What I am asking for is what are the services the this API is hitting in the back ground , I heard it is hitting 15 to 20 services to find the required data to be destroyed .

Hi Nser,

I've only seen in documentation that it launches a several micro services to find and delete the data, but I'm assuming these are all private APIs that we're not able to run manually.

It would be nice to have an API for deleting information based on conversationId, currently struggling with trying to get Care to remove data that was not removed by the API.

Better documentation on how to use the current API would be great since it kinda works in mysterious ways.
For me it deleted some data and said it was complete, and a day or two afterwards it had removed more including some I didn't expect to be removed but still missed some that should been removed.
