    Hi,
    We submitted a GDPR_DELETE request on April 25, 2025 to test the deletion and masking of a specific customer's data in our organization.
     
    According to this post (Will GDPR Delete API delete full interaction data?), the request should be fully processed within 14 days, but when we checked today, only interactions (matching with the phone number) up to March 10 were masked.
    For calls from March 18 onward, most of the data - including ANI and call recordings - still remains visible, as if the request was never made. 
     
    Could you please help us check why the request was only partially applied?

    Hello,

    I would suggest to open a ticket with Genesys Customer Care (Support).

    We do not have access to customer environment and logs via the forum. Only support can access such info.
