Hi,
We submitted a GDPR_DELETE request on April 25, 2025 to test the deletion and masking of a specific customer's data in our organization.
For calls from March 18 onward, most of the data - including ANI and call recordings - still remains visible, as if the request was never made.
Could you please help us check why the request was only partially applied?
