Hi Jeroen,
I checked with the team and was referred to this response copied from the PureCloud Developer Center forum...
PureCloud will provide a 'GDPR API' for responding to GDPR requests- specifically for PureCloud customers to respond to validated GDPR requests:
- Right of Access, i.e. obtaining Personal Data stored in PureCloud,
- Right of Rectification, i.e. correct Personal Data stored in PureCloud, and
- Right of Erasure, i.e. forget me requests to remove Personal Data stored in PureCloud.
For Right of Erasure requests, PureCloud will at its discretion delete or anonymize Personal Data such that no identifiable Personal Data will remain in PureCloud, outside of any exceptions.
PureCloud is not planning to provide a specific API for selectively anonymizing Personal Data in the initial release of the GDPR API.
We expect to release the GDPR API in advance of the May 25 GDPR enforcement deadline, with a potential beta period in April 2018.
I hope this helps.
Thank you!

Hello,
so far there seem to be little information regarding GDPR and tools to change/delete customer identifiable information and there isn't that much time left until it comes into effect.
Is there any ETA for any tool to remove or update (anonymise) customer data like a phone number in PureCloud?
Thanks,
Jeroen
