    Hello Genesys community,

    My team and I are working on becoming a Genesys technical partner via an integration. What is the best/easiest way to get test data (calls, chats, SMS) into our Genesys cloud account for testing our integration?

    Hello Ade, 

    Besides generating them in Genesys Cloud I cannot think of a way to bring these into GenCloud and dont think its possible.

    Thanks Cam. My question is more about getting any guides/resources that you have for doing this. We don't have a full Genesys account since we're just a partner not a customer. 

    Are there any testing guides for partners e.g test phone numbers to configure on the account, config details to use etc
