I'm currently knee-deep in what I like to call "the Copilot Studios experiment" and figured I'd throw this out to the community to see if anyone else has ventured down this particular rabbit hole.
I'm working on an integration with Microsoft Copilot Studios that:

Kicks off when a conversation starts

Reads live transcripts

Searches SharePoint in real-time to pull up relevant topics the customer has interacted with before

Hopefully, it provides some context that makes everyone's life easier, specifically agents handling the live interaction
I've got the flow portion working! I am currently wrestling with permissions and working with IT to get that fixed
Has anyone else attempted something similar? I'm particularly curious about:
I'm especially interested in hearing from folks who've tried real-time transcript processing with SharePoint searches. Did it work as smoothly as the marketing materials suggested?
The end goal is to create something that actually helps customer service reps by surfacing relevant historical context automatically.
