I would be interested in what the community has to offer regarding this, but as a next sort of troubleshooting step. Have you reached out to the author of the integration? Often times I find that its an issue on the integration authors end and they need to apply a small patch to update the integration. I do see you have a care ticket open as well and you are looking for a meeting between JH and Genesys. Which I think is a good next step.
We will keep an eye on this ticket and this community thread and tap some resources to see what we can do from a community POV while you work with Care.
