    I would like to know if there is anyone with an integration working between Genesys Cloud and Peoplesoft.

    Guess it depends on your definition of integration and what you are trying to accomplish.  Peoplesoft has a very robust and complete REST API, so calling it for things like HRIS integration with the HCM product or self-service of invoices and billing with the FSCM product.  The PeopleTools 8.55 and above also allow you to create templates that can include REST-based calls to the Genesys API that could allow for things like Secure Pause when in a filed in FSCM.
