    Hi all
    Wondering if anyone is using or used the Genesys apps available in the AppFoundry.
    I notice that these are under the analytics tab and would like to see what they are capable of doing for our org. They seem to be free though support were unable to shed any light on them, thought id reach out to you guys while waiting for the account reps to reply

    One in particular is the Quick Data app. The help documentation doesn't seem to explain how to set it up, wondering if anyone has explored these apps before?

    Thanks Zach, the particular apps are Genesys built apps. So was trying to gauge if anyone in the community also have tried them.

    Have found that the support team have no idea about them, so thought I would try this channel

    Yeah, 

    It took me almost 2 months to get someone who knew what these were from Genesys. 

    Then got a ridiculous quote for the QuickData custom reports  for $10,000......

    And yearly license is $3,900


    Just get Pure Insights - It's like $160 a month...Does more in my opinion too

    Appreciate the advice, but think ill stick it out with what Purecloud have planned for quarter 3.
    Though it's shame there are not more free apps that work in conjunction with Purecloud available to customers.

    @Darryn Chang for about the same cost as a single agent license you can have unlimited users dashboards​​​ and dashboards for your PureCloud org using PureInsights. Yes - unlimited dashboards and unlimited access to our call detail CSV extract. But don't take my word for it - do what Lawrence did and try a free trial.
