    Hello there,

    I was wondering if there is a link or paper where it shows the validated or certified SBC chassis or solutiosn to be used with PureCloud? Something like testlabs. Or it is just enough to know that the SBC is standard RFC's compliant?

    The only mentions I see are:

    "If you are connecting an on-premises device (SBC or gateway), make sure that you allow SIP & Media access through your firewall."

    and a link to https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/purecloud-ports-services/ which talks about ports to be configured.

    The SBC tab at https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/endpoint-reference/
    And a snall SBC reference under the Trunk types section at https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/sip-formats-lines/

    I don't see anything that lists a specific type that has been tested.
