  • 1.  Genesys cloud 2.35.773 download rolled back to 2.34.771?

    Hey all we have deployed by SCCM the version 2.35.771. Checking today, I see that Genesys Cloud downloads shows 2.34.771. Was there a reason for the rollback? A bug found? Delayed feature due to a known issue? I didn't see a reason other than the feature update still shows 2.35.771. 

    Thank you everyone. I wasn't sure if it had anything to do with sharing zoom audio when on a call on Genesys. We have some users here that do that for training new employees while talking to an agent on the other line on Genesys.

    Yes, it was rolled back due to an issue found. The release notes pages were updated to show a postponement. A new version is currently scheduled to be released on 6/17.
