Hi Hukam ,
The Genesys Cloud AI certifications can be a little confusing at first because there are multiple certifications, exams, and training courses listed together.
Based on my understanding, AI – GPE & GPR Certification and Digital Bots & Knowledge Certification are separate certifications, each with its own exam and recommended learning path.
A few things that helped me:
- Start by reviewing the certification page carefully and note the specific exam code associated with each certification.
- The preparation courses are generally designed to help you pass the exam and understand the product, but not every course is necessarily a mandatory prerequisite.
- Focus on the exam guide or certification overview document whenever available. It usually identifies the key topics and skills that will be tested.
For AI – GPE & GPR, I would recommend spending extra time understanding:
- Predictive Engagement concepts
- Predictive Routing fundamentals
- AI-driven customer journey optimization
- Use cases and best practices
For Digital Bots & Knowledge, I would focus on:
- Bot design and configuration
- Intent recognition and conversational flows
- Knowledge management concepts
- Bot and knowledge integration scenarios
My biggest recommendation is to concentrate on understanding the business use cases and the "why" behind each feature. Many certification questions are scenario-based and test whether you can select the best solution for a given requirement rather than simply recall a definition.
Also, if possible, get some hands-on experience in Genesys Cloud. Practical experience often makes certification questions much easier to understand.
Good luck with your AI certification journey! If you've completed the official learning paths and understand the major use cases and configuration concepts, you'll be in a strong position for the exams.
