    If you're comfortable with these areas, you should be well prepared for the exam 👍

    Hi @JESUS ZAMUDIO -Great to see you pursuing the AI certification-this is one of the most impactful areas in Genesys Cloud right now! 

    From a practical standpoint after working with customers on bot implementations, here's what I'd add:

    Focus on understanding the "why" behind:

    Intent design – How to structure intents that actually match real customer queries
    Bot flow logic – When to use slots, utterances, and how disambiguation works
    Knowledge integration – How bots and Knowledge Workbench work together (this is where the magic happens!)
    Optimization cycles – Intent Miner is your best friend for continuous improvement
    Pro tip: If you have access to a demo/sandbox environment, build a simple bot from scratch. The hands-on experience will make the concepts stick way better than just reading.

    I'm currently preparing for this certification exam - aiming to take it by the end of this month - so found this useful and very insightful as not really sure what to expect from this exam - although I have plenty of experience of Genesys certifications.
